Fitrah Pty Ltd offers our online shopping services to you under the following conditions. By visiting or shopping at Fitrah Pty Ltd, you accept these terms. We encourage you to read them carefully.
Additionally, when you utilize any current or future Fitrah Pty Ltd online shopping service or make a purchase from any business affiliated with Fitrah Pty Ltd—whether or not it is included on the Fitrah Pty Ltd website—you will also adhere to the relevant guidelines and conditions for those services or businesses.
By completing an online purchase from Fitrah Pty Ltd, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions.
Domestic Orders
We only accept online orders for delivery to residential addresses within Australia. Once you submit your order, we will review it and initiate processing. If we identify any missing information or potential issues, we will reach out to you for clarification. Otherwise, your order should arrive within seven working days.
International Sales Contact Information
Unfortunately, we do not accommodate overseas shipping addresses for our online store.

Payment Information
We accept online payments through Visa or MasterCard. Your payment is processed via a fully authorized Payment Service, ensuring that all your information remains completely confidential.
- Payment is collected at the time of order placement.
- If the payment is not authorized successfully, your order will not be processed.
- Be sure to receive both an order confirmation and a payment confirmation via email. If you do not receive either, your order may not have been placed successfully.
Please note that Fitrah Pty Ltd does not store or process any credit card information.
Fitrah Pty Ltd retains full ownership and possession of the goods until complete payment has been received.
Delivery
We only accept deliveries to residential and business addresses within Australia (international shipping addresses are not permitted). Please contact our team by phone before finalizing an online order if you’d like to discuss this further.
We utilize Fast Way Couriers or Australia Post for deliveries across Australia, with the aim of dispatching your order within seven working days. However, delivery may take longer to certain regional areas.
Please ensure that the delivery address and postcode you provide are accurate, as we cannot be held liable for non-delivery due to incorrect information. Additionally, we cannot take responsibility for any delays caused by extreme weather conditions or events beyond our control (such as civil disturbances or delivery vehicle breakdowns).
All shipments will be sent without requiring a signature upon delivery. The courier will be instructed to leave the parcel in a secure location. It is advisable for someone to be present to receive the delivery directly. If you would prefer to sign for your parcel, please indicate this in the comments section when placing your order.
Product Delivery Restrictions
Due to domestic quarantine regulations, we are unable to ship honey (both runny and creamed) or beeswax products (such as candles) to Western Australia.
Price
Your payment will be processed at the time you place your order, ensuring you are charged the rate advertised at that moment. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Cancellation
Fitrah Pty Ltd reserves the right to decline or cancel any accepted order without penalty. You may also cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive your notification before the order is dispatched.
Exchange & Refund Policy
At Fitrah Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing quality products to all our customers. If you are not satisfied with any item for any reason, please reach out to us at +61 425 315 150 within 7 days. We are happy to offer an exchange if the order received is incorrect, has missing items, or if the product is damaged or leaking. To facilitate an exchange, please provide proof of purchase by keeping all issued receipts. If the purchased item is unavailable, we will strive to provide a replacement of equivalent value from the same range. Should we agree to a return, we will arrange for free return delivery of the item.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for crystallized honey. Crystallization is a natural process that occurs in pure raw honey, indicating that our product is unheated and entirely natural.
Privacy & Your Information
We retain the information necessary to successfully fulfill your order and may use it for marketing purposes, such as emailing or mailing you details about seasonal offers. This information includes the name, address, telephone number, and email address of both the sender and recipient. We do not sell contact details to any other companies and will never make unsolicited marketing calls. Credit card information is not stored after payment is processed.
